All support stations will offer water, sports drink powder, and a varying selection of carbohydrates, salt, and sugar. Additionally, all support points will have a first aid kit available for possible cuts and bruises, as well as encouraging words to keep you motivated!

Perhaps the best party will be at the halfway point for both distances at the support station located in the yard of Tapionniemi village manor. Along with the energy included in the registration fee, there will be a lovely lunch soup, coffee, and pastries available for a fee. So, bring your payment method, and feel free to invite your support crew to join you for coffee and pastries!
After the Tapionniemi aid station, the 100-mile and 50-mile routes diverge (about 100 meters after a road section). Stay alert so you continue on your own route!
On the 50-mile route, the next support after Tapionniemi (Aid station 3: Vuostimo) is just after a 7-kilometer ride. Naturally, it is not mandatory to stop at the aid station, but everyone must pass through the checkpoint located at Vuostimo’s parking lot. It’s nice to at least wave to those present as you pass by!
For greetings, we also offer the now-legendary 15-kilometer-long Saukkoaavantie straight. This gravel road is where the 100-mile route approaching Vuostimo and the 50-mile route exiting Vuostimo travel in opposite directions.
This is the straight where friendly encouragement from passersby will certainly be appreciated!
Drop bags along the route
If you believe you need additional equipment along the route, you can leave a drop bag with organizers for transport to any of the aid stations along the route.
Here’s how to do it:
- Pack your items in a plastic bag (or similar) and seal it properly
- Clearly label the bag with your race number and the aid station name where you wish the bag to be delivered.
- Deliver the bag to the event info no later than Friday by 8 PM!
When you arrive at the aid station, inquire about your bag with the support staff.
