Aid Stations

All support stations offer water, sports drink powder, and a varying selection of carbohydrates, salt, and sugar. Additionally, all support points will have a first aid kit available for possible cuts and bruises, as well as encouraging words to keep you motivated!

Perhaps the best party will be at the halfway(ish) point for both distances at the support station located in the yard of Tapionniemi village manor. Along with the energy included in the registration fee, there will be a coffee, and delicious pastries sold at the café. So, bring your payment method, and feel free to invite your support crew to join you for a coffee break!

After the Tapionniemi aid station, the 100-mile and 50-mile routes are the same for the rest of the journey until the finish line.

Drop bags along the route

If you fell you might need additional equipment along the route, you can leave a drop bag with organizers for transport to any of the aid stations along the route.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Pack your items in a plastic bag (or similar) and seal it properly
  • Clearly label the bag with your race number and the aid station name where you wish the bag to be delivered.
  • Deliver the bag to the event info no later than Friday by 8 PM!

When you arrive at the aid station, inquire about your bag with the support staff.
